Unified Communications & Collaboration Summit to Feature Emerging Technologies Showcase

Wainhouse Research’s 13th annual Collaboration Summit will be held July 16-17 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, California. While the conference focuses on the challenges of integrating collaborative technologies into today’s enterprise workflow and driving innovation, this year’s event will also introduce attendees to emerging technologies, services, and solutions that promise to accelerate adoption and fuel future benefits for customers.

The 2013 keynote presentation titled “2013: Inflection Point or Not?” will be given by Peter Stewart, SVP Collaboration Services & Strategic Partnerships, PGi. Other featured presenters include Ellen Wagner, Executive Director of WCET, John Burton, Product Manager Workplace Client Services for global banking giant HSBC Holdings PLC, and Dr. Pamela Lloyd, Senior Director with Alaska service provider GCI.

During the two-day event, attendees will have multiple opportunities to interact with vendors, channel partners, and other end users via multiple panel sessions and networking events. Six Wainhouse Research analysts will present on a wide variety of audio-video-web conferencing, streaming, and unified communications issues.

The emerging tech showcase includes product demos and elevator pitches describing new, cutting edge technologies. RHUB Communications, Mersive, NextPlane, and ZipDX will focus on web conferencing, meeting room display, unified communications federation, and conferencing services, respectively; Evogh, Tely Labs, Sabre Virtual Meetings, and Altia Systems will demonstrate the latest new developments in cloud-based video conferencing, low-cost conference room systems, scheduling services, and new camera technologies, respectively.
